Athletic and academic aid
Academic/merit: Merit/academic aid is typically available at four-year schools; confirm the school-specific options.
Stackable: Flag football is an equivalency sport at most aid-granting levels, so athletic + academic aid can often be combined; confirm the school's policy.
Source note
Currently NCAA D3 (HCAC); moving to NAIA Crossroads League in 2027-28, so first flag season should be NAIA. Official announcement still references HCAC/NCAA — division ambiguous. Athletics site has no flag football page yet.
