Athletic and academic aid
Academic/merit: Merit/academic aid is typically available at four-year schools; confirm the school-specific options.
Stackable: Flag football is an equivalency sport at most aid-granting levels, so athletic + academic aid can often be combined; confirm the school's policy.
Source note
School's own athletics site announces NCAA women's flag football, starting Fall 2027 and competing Spring 2028. Northeast-10 (NCAA D-II); second NE10 school after Franklin Pierce. National search for the inaugural head coach was only opening at announcement, so no coach is named. Also carried on assumption.edu. start_year 2028 follows the house rule: the calendar year of first competition, as with Charleston Southern, Binghamton, Coppin and Radford, all 2027-28 and all recorded as 2028.
